From our 1970's Collection, is this retro-inspired pendant which we have re-created from our own 1976 original design. This heart feature .41 carats of pave diamonds. Handmade in 18k yellow gold and accented with a bead design. Suspends on an adjustable 17 to 18 inch chain. Heart dimensions: 14mm x 12mm
